It’s National Dessert Day, and with it being fall, it is very much appropriate to bust out the pumpkin themed desserts on your Traeger or Green Mountain Pellet Grill from South Plains Implement. Who am I kidding? I have been munching on all things pumpkin since Target brought out the Pumpkin Pie Pop tarts and Pumpkin Cheerios in August!
Without further ado, here are a few pumpkin desserts to test out on your pellet grill:
Baked Pumpkin Cheesecake with Chocolate Cookie Crust
Satisfy your sweet tooth with this creamy and chocolately pumpkin cheesecake!
You can’t have a pumpkin dessert list without the OG pumpkin pie on the list!
For all the “basic” pumpkin lovers out there, you get all the flavors of pumpkin spice in this recipe!
These cookies are so light and fluffy and just melt in your mouth. This recipe also tastes great if you substitute the walnuts for chopped pecans. You're welcome to leave off the nuts entirely if you're a nut-free household so you still get to enjoy this ooey-gooey pumpkin cookie.
So which is your favorite? Let us know what you think if you try any (or all) of them! Personally it's hard to pick between all of them because they are all so different!
South Plains Implement wishes you and your family a happy fall, and we look forward to seeing you as this time of year brings about the busyness of harvest season. Our 19 locations are here to help you however we can!
